Returns & Exchanges

Each candle purchased from Generations Candle Company is hand-poured in our shop. Our candles are made using natural soy wax and pure fragrance oils resulting in a candle that is clean-burning, true-to-scent, and long-lasting.

If you have an issue with your product, please contact us at generationscandleco@gmail.com so we can make it right!

We exchange qualifying merchandise in its original condition within 14 days of purchase along with a copy of your original invoice. You may exchange your merchandise two ways:

1. List the items you want to exchange on your invoice and send them back to:

You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product is damaged or defective). Your original payment method will be charged or credited when the return/exchange is processed.

We do not offer exchanges or returns on custom fragrance products of any kind.
